babyfirst is committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities.
On behalf of everyone at babyfirst, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this not only includes those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family and those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities.
Our e-commerce store is open, and we will continue to ship products from our warehouse so that you and your family can stay safe and well-rested throughout this uncertain time. We have taken all necessary steps to ensure our employees remain healthy and safe, following the instructions of the CDC and other healthcare professionals. Please be aware however, that due to our limited staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may take longer to process and that shipping times may exceed our normal two days in certain circumstances and you may experience some unusual delays on responses.
